Summary
Because of the decreasing economy, Stalin introduced a five year plan. The first part of this plan was involved with the agriculture. The second part of the plan was based on the industries. The main focus was on heavy industry which brought in the quota system. However, the plan was too severe and was changed. People also revolted and tried to remove Stalin.
